Job Summary: The Material Handler is responsible for tracking fabrics using our software program, unloading trucks, receiving UPS/Fed Ex deliveries and ensuring that all items have been received.
Essential Functions:
Ability to use the computer to track fabric inventory using Winfos and Parcel Cast software.
Unload trucks
Verifies UPS/Fed Ex, etc. shipments and ensure that all items were received.
Provide support to customer service in a timely manner and promptly notify of any unidentified fabric.
Assist in organizing and managing fabric inventory ensuring that short ends are utilized.
Assist in stocking tables for cutters
Apply Teflon when required
Inspect fabric/leather for defects
Must maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.

Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Fabric Hand Cutter (Open)

The Fabric Hand Cutter is responsible for cutting various fabric types according to ticket, and accurately labeling and stacking cut pieces. Must maintain a clean and organized work area. The hours are Monday through Thursday from 6:45 am until 4:15 pm and Friday from 6:45-10:45 am. Pay is based upon experience.

Ability to read and interpret production tickets.
Must have the knowledge of matching florals, plaids, and stripes.
Ability to determine cutting procedures for various types of fabrics.
Ability to measure repeats of fabric and determine cutting direction.

Job Summary: The Inside Upholsterer is responsible for applying upholstery fabric to inside back, seat deck, and inside arms of high end custom furniture.
Essential Functions:
Must have the ability to read and interpret production tickets.
Ability to use all common upholstery tools to perform traditional inside upholstery of leather and fabric furniture of various styles.
Must maintain high quality standards while achieving production goals.
Preferred Skills:
Must have experience using upholstery tools such as: Scissors, Pneumatic Staple Guns, Staple Removers, and Regulators).
Must have basic upholstery skills.

Ability to accurately read tape measurements.
Ability to tie two types of knots for 8 way method.

Assemble frame at work station using pneumatic and manual tools, such as a chop saw and band saw.
