- Characteristics: Pure Aniline leathers are as close to the natural leather as they can be. Because they are colored with only clear Aniline dyes, they are the softest, most elegant leathers available, but offer very little protection against stains, body oils, and fading. Additionally, scars, natural markings and imperfections will be highly visible and add to the natural charm of the hide.
